Three stages, each building on the last. First came the groundwork: digging out and retaining the slope, then a carport and landscaping so the property finally had easy parking and access. Next, a deck and covered spa area that link the master bedroom to the garden. Last, a new scullery and guest toilet, added to make daily life easier while the house kept its original feel.
